Management control service

Management control is the process of measuring the economic performance of a company in relation to the objectives set out in strategic planning.

Targets

The aim of management control is therefore to measure ‘the body of information that guides the behaviour of managers and other people, focusing primarily on the aims of companies and individuals, and the processes by which they assimilate and act on the results of measurement’.

Management Control allows the bodies responsible for the processes to implement appropriate corrective actions, through:

  • the measurement of appropriate indicators
  • the deviation between planned objectives and achieved results.
